Greetings Nobles,

What an eventful summer thus far.  We had our Annual Texas Shrine Association Competitions this past June in Wichita Falls.  Thanks so much to all those volunteers that lent assistance to allow our competition pad and staging areas to run smoothly.

Not long after TSA, many units travelled to San Antonio to welcome Shriners from all over the Country.  Texas should be proud to have sponsored such an event.

The summer is heating up and we're looking forward to seeing everyone again in just a few weeks at our Annual Obstacle Course event being held in Midland, Texas this August 6 - 9, 2009.

Accommodations and the course will be setup at the Clarion Hotel located at Midland, Texas.  Please see the hotels website for an address and driving directions.

Come one, come all and do not forget to bring the kids, grandkids, neighbors kids and the kid at heart for our special Kid Zone play area.  I know we have some special treats in store for the kids.  Our  Kid Zone will have games with fun and prizes, a bounce house and other treats that will be setup on Friday.  While the guys & gals who have registered are practicing, the kids can play and enjoy their area.

This year we will be holding a Silent Auction so make sure to bring your check book.  Don't worry we still take cash!!!!  All proceeds will benefit the Texas Shrine Motor Patrol  Association.
